Tannika has called Rome home since 1990 when she moved from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She was a graduate of Rome High School and earned a B.A. Degree from Berry College in Communications. She currently serves as the Director of Communication at Darlington School, where she has been for 15 years.

Tannika lives in Rome with her 12-year old Jack Russell mix, Asa.
